The Guild calls on EU institutions to increase investments in fundamental research in Horizon Europe

The coming weeks will decide the direction of the EU’s research and innovation policy for the coming seven years. As the global pandemic has brought societies and economies nearly to a standstill in the past six months, it has become clear that researchers are at the forefront of Europe’s ability to overcome the pandemic and orient our societal development towards the future.
