The Council’s Partial General Approach: much to be welcomed, but key concerns remain

The Guild welcomes the adoption of the Council’s Partial General Approach for the next Horizon Europe programme (FP10) and calls on the European Parliament to timely complete its position and allow the trialogue to begin in fall 2026 at the latest.
