General Assembly
The General Assembly is composed of a voting member from each institution, normally each university’s president (and in rare cases their deputy).
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for management oversight of the Guild on behalf of the General Assembly. The Board of Directors' responsibilities include (among others):
- Oversight of Secretary-General’s Office.
- Legal compliance of the Guild.
- Ensuring that Guild objectives are met.

Rachel Sandison, Treasurer, Deputy Vice Chancellor - External Engagement and Vice Principal - External Relations at the University of Glasgow
Anders Hagfeldt, Board member, Vice-Chancellor of Uppsala University
Daniel David, Board member, Rector of Babeș-Bolyai University
